Maritime Museum
The Maritime Museum (Scheepvaartmuseum) in Amsterdam holds the worlds largest maritime collection and specializes in the Dutch maritime history. The ship is a replica of the VOC ship Amsterdam as used by the VOC (Dutch East India Company) in the 18th century.
